Digital Vaults: no discretionary refunds

Because digital resources cannot be returned once supplied, we do not offer discretionary change-of-mind refunds after digital supply begins where you have expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged losing your statutory cancellation right. Purchasing alone does not waive your cancellation rights. Any required agreement and acknowledgement must be obtained through checkout before immediate supply begins.

Monthly memberships

Use the subscription-management options associated with your Whop purchase to manage renewal. Check the confirmation for when billing and access end. Cancelling future renewal and requesting a refund for an existing payment are separate actions.

Creator Profile Review

This is a one-off service, not a renewing membership. We do not offer discretionary change-of-mind refunds after full delivery. Statutory cancellation rights still apply. Where you expressly request an early start, a proportionate charge may apply for work completed before cancellation. Loss of a cancellation right on full performance requires the legally necessary consent and acknowledgement.

Copyright and access

Paid content is for the purchaser’s own use. Do not screenshot, screen-record, copy, share, distribute or resell it, or share account access, without written permission, except where permitted by law or an express resource licence. Copyright restrictions do not remove statutory refund or cancellation rights. Read our content licence and terms.

Problems with an order

Use the support options linked to your Whop order, or contact TaylormadeAutomotive with the product name, purchase date and order reference. Do not send full payment card information. Nothing here limits your rights where a product or service is faulty or not as described.
